Salary: 73,000 - 120,000

Zinda Law Group, a rapidly growing and prestigious personal injury law firm is looking to bring on an experienced Recruiter to our People Team. In this fast-moving role, you will partner with hiring managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using a variety of sources such as social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best attorneys and employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. This role is based out of our office in Austin, TX and will be 3/2 days hybrid.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of People to design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, LinkedIn, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the SLA
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Monitor and apply recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships and talent pool during the selection process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes
  • Strong ability to source high-quality candidates
  • Highly organized and able to work well within processes and systems
  • Familiarity with HR databases (ATS & CMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $73,000 - $115,000 base pay (depending on experience)
  • 3/2 Hybrid schedule in the Austin office
