Zinda Law Group, a rapidly growing and prestigious personal injury law firm is looking to bring on an experienced Recruiter to our People Team. In this fast-moving role, you will partner with hiring managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using a variety of sources such as social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best attorneys and employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. This role is based out of our office in Austin, TX and will be 3/2 days hybrid.
